2、重启电脑，开机不停按F10进入BIOS设置

3、选择【Configuration（配置）】

4、选择【BT Audio Offload（BT音频卸载）】，将【Enable（启用）】，更改为【Disabled（禁用）】，最后点击F10并点击Yes保存退出
